1/4 cup tahini
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon salt
Method
In a blender, combine chickpea, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and 3 tablespoons of the reserved chickpea liquids.
Blend on high speed until light and creamy
